LOUD NOISES!! -- how the heck do I teach a 2.5 y/o about Indoor Voices??

I live right outside of DC and commute in via metro with my son (2.5) daily. He is, in general, fairly well behaved. Lord knows its been a process to learn the dos and don'ts of the trip (do hold my hand on the platform, don't throw your cup, you can't get all up in strangers personal space) but we're in a pretty good spot currently. He gets in/out of the stroller when instructed, he sits/stands reasonably still on a seat, he doesn't chuck shit at people, he waves at /plays peekabo with people, he looks out the window, sometimes he fusses a bit, but nothing major. However, he's recently taken to VOCALIZING LOUDLY. He has something of a speech delay and has recently decided that it's oh so funny to go AH! AHHHH!! AHHHHHHH! at the top of his lungs on the train. He's not mad, or scared, or bored -- he just thinks its funny stuff.I've had ZERO luck curbing this with my usual bag of parenting tricks. Thoughts anyone? Just a phase? Stand 5 fee away from the stroller and pretend to not know him when he gets going? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2FmIkwE
