I was watching my 4 month old nephew and found one of those Baltic amber teething necklaces tightly embedded in his neck folds, with chunky old milk in between each bead.

Cousin is now asking where it is because it’s $30 bucks, but when I took it off him I swore I’de throw it away, the warning issued on each one states to never leave baby unattended with it on or to allow them to sleep. She didn’t even tell me he was wearing it so I let him sleep and he was likely seconds away from choking it was soooo tight on his poor little neck. She’s a narcissist and won’t listen if I explain what happened and that I’m concerned for his wellbeing, if I return it she will 100% put it back on him, even though there is no scientific proof they work, but is scientific proof they can choke your child. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2QRtK1d
