Advice?

I'm 19 this year (2018), 3 months pregnant. I dont know how I should handle this? Although me and my boyfriend didn't plan for it we're certain we can handle it. (We used to take care of kids all the time). What should I expect/prepare for being first time parents? Any stories to share would be nice too. Honest opinion, do you think we're too young to raise a kid together? (We've been dating for about 4 years now. He's a year younger than me if that's something you wanna know).
