Two weeks ago I went to Disney World without my 3 year old (tbh no regrets, my FSILs 3 year old came and they said no more until she’s 10) and I found a build your own light saber station. Awesome! I got her the ears I promised and this she would love. I knew I would eventually regret this when the small demon that lived in all 3 years olds came out but she would also love it and I got to see Elsa without her so I felt bad.Tonight I come out the bathroom at my moms house and she is stark naked, holding this purple light saber, looks at me and says “Run mommy”.So I did.She chased me for a good 15 minutes and at one point I wasn’t sure if it was actually a game anymore.*we had a talk about not using it to hit people and you don’t swing it in any ones direction. She hasn’t abused those rules yet, and she didn’t actually touch me with it tonight just made me fear for my life slightly. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2Q1ACZm
