I was in 4th grade, so I guess that puts me around 10 years old, but my daughter turned 7 in April and she has a lot of fine dark hair on her legs. So far she doesn’t seem to be self conscious about it, but you can clearly see it when she isn’t wearing jeans or leggings.7 is totally way too soon to start shaving, right? She’s only in 2nd grade..
