I found out recently my ex husband was doing cocaine (again) while my child was in his care. Wanting to protect my child from any and all dangers, asked my attorney to file to amend our shared parenting plan. Of course I am getting ridiculed by ex and his parents because “I shouldn’t run to my lawyer and we should trust each other. “ 1. Not the first relapse he’s had. 2. He did it with my child in his care. 3. Repeatedly lied he was using (I have legitimate proof, not just hearsay)and only admitted it to using once I went to my attorney.
