The girl my son babysits has developed a crush. Should I address this with her parents?

My 15 year old babysits for our neighbors across the street every blue moon when they go out for date night. The kiddos are 9 and 5. The oldest is a girl and both adore my son.On Friday night my son was babysitting. The younger one fell asleep watching the movie and the girl told my son that she knows someone who has a crush on him. My son played along and guessed some names before she eventually admitted to it being her. My son told her that she shouldn't be focused on boys right now and she said she doesn't care about most boys because they are gross but she likes him. My son joked that he was gross as well and tried to change the subject. She kept going on about it.He came home and told me it made him uncomfortable and he doesn't know how to address it. He said he was shocked. He knew she liked him as a babysitter but didn't realize there was a crush situation going on. I don't want to embarrass the poor girl and my son doesn't want to either but should I address this with the parents so they can deal with it? My son doesn't want to stop babysitting because he likes the gig but I don't want him to feel uncomfortable either. I only have boys so I don't know how to handle this with a little girl. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2vntHUu
