Hi everyone! I'm thinking about getting our 20 month old a medical ID bracelet. She is allergic to macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pistachios, peanuts, hazelnuts, coconut, cashews, brazil nuts, and almonds. All in all, peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds. She has Epi-pen Jrs.I can't decide on a wording or kind. Would you recommend the MedicAlert ones where you(well a paramedic, etc) call the number and they give specific info? Or a normal bracelet that(possibly) allows you to write on both sides? MedicAlert only allows you to write on one side. For a MedicAlert kind I was thinking of:Child's name Peanut, Seeds, Tree Nut Allergies. Use EpinephrineWhat throws me off is that she currently only gets a rash on her face, so I don't want to say "severe."I also don't want anyone giving an epipen to her if she only has a rash. I'm also not sure if I should put epi-pen Jr or epinephrine. Ideally, I'd like to have more info than my sample, but there isn't room for more(like her pediatricians number, my number, "anaphylaxis risk," etc). MedicAlert's point is that they want someone to call for more information.Any advice or comments would be appreciated. Thanks! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2qSH5vs
