I possibly have the stomach flu and scared my babies will catch it

So I’m laying on the bathroom floor with nausea, cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. Came on real suddenly about a hour after eating a crap ton of pringles chips(hoping that caused this). Anyways if i have the stomach flu, how concerning is it if two 6 month olds(twins) catch it?? They are about 4 1/2 months adjusted age but are very healthy with no issues from prematurity.They’ve only been sick once with a tiny little 24 hour cold. I feel miserable and want to die I can’t imagine a poor little baby feeling this way. I’m terrified and I feel so guilty if they catch this. How bad are they going to feel?? Do I need to rush them to the doctor if they show symptoms?Sorry if this sounds stupid. I guess I need to vent cause I’m on the verge of crying because I feel so bad that they might get sick because of me.
