Crazy vindictive friend. Does CPS care about marijuana?

I called CPS on a friend (now ex friend). I used to babysit her son and there were obvious signs of abuse and neglect (Cigarette burns, always dirty, flinched when you moved toward him, etc.)This woman is crazy vindictive, she called CPS on her landlord because she hogged the dryer. She made up a story about the woman leaving her infant alone for hours while she went to the gym (I think she picked that because the landlord had an amazing body and obviously went to the gym often), her gym had a childcare center so there was plenty of proof that didn’t happen and it was all dropped. I know when she figures out it was me that called on her she’s going to call and make up something about me too.If we were in a state with legal marijuana I would have absolutely no reason to worry. I babysit for a few other people who would all give me great references and my son is happy and healthy. My house is clean and well stocked with food and toys. But sometimes on the weekends when my husband is home (he doesn’t smoke at all), I smoke weed to relax after my son goes to bed.Can they take my kid over this? Do I even have to agree to the test? I was thinking about going to stay with my mom in a different state for a few weeks until my system is clean but that would be really hard on us and the parents of the kids I keep because they would have to find someone else to babysit while they work. How serious is this? We’re in Tennessee if that matters. Thanks in advance for any advice and sorry if this is difficult to read. I’m on mobile and I’m freaking out a little.Edit: I forgot to mention that she knows I smoke because she’s smoked with me before so whatever story she makes up will probably involve drugs. The only drug in my system is weed. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2J9hG7m
