take in nephew?

I'll try to make this short and to the point. My husband and I have a 4 year old son. My sister is a very irresponsible person who also has a 4 year old. My nephew shows signs of molestation and my sister is abusive and neglectful as well as hopping from guy to guy. I am going to report her to CPS. The thing is we do not want to take in my nephew. We have only ever wanted 1 child and I just do not feel I could give him the love that he needs. I know I sound selfish but I am trying to be responsible for my family as well. We do not want another child in the picture, we cannot afford another child and I don't want my husband and I resenting each other or our nephew if we were to bring him in to our home. I feel guilty for this. Should we take him in despite of this? I feel like it's my duty. Advice/support appreciated. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2rLeXZx
