We are considering moving to a house that has 2 very different sized rooms for our 4 y.o. twins. Am I asking for a future problems?

So this house has 4 bedrooms in this house we really like. Master bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms (one with a built-in bathroom), and one large bedroom. We're a couple with 4 year old boy/girl twins, along with my elderly mother. The natural fit is for my mom in the small room with a built in bathroom, leaving one large room, and one small room between my kids. I think my kids being 4 would accept their rooms fine for now, but in a few years the kid who has the smaller room would feel slighted because they have the smaller room. I grew up in a slightly smaller room than my sister's room, and I don't remember ever thinking twice about it, but the size difference between these two potential rooms is pretty significant. The larger has a small walk-in closet and is probably double the size of the other one. Does anyone have an experience with a situation like the one I'm describing? How did it work out? Did you give the kid with the smaller room more of something (furniture/decorations, etc.) to make up for the small room? Any tips or advice would be appreciated. Thank you. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2oUcFX6
