I keep meeting other parents of 18mo-36mo who do meal prep with their kids, and I am baffled how to even start with my 23mo.He typically eats at home foods that involve chopping with sharp knives (e.g. fresh fruits), microwaving (e.g. frozen veggies, chicken nuggets, fish sticks), or hot stove top (e.g. scrambled eggs, cous cous). He's lactose intolerant and gets bad constipation, so many foods are out. And our family doesn't bake or eat mammals (lack of interest from parents and toddler). What do you feed your toddler that they can help prepare? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2pVdm5D
