My son is just turning 6 months old and is our first child. Today we noticed he had a reasonably big bit of debris in his left eye, the debris slid under his bottom eye lid and we couldn't get it out no matter what and at this point my wife is getting very upset at the whole situation and is rather useless in helping me try to get it out.So what to do next? Call his grandparents of course! My dad comes down to the house asap and whips out his extensive first aid kit, grabs some saline solution and directs me on how to hold my son so best to get it out.
