3 month old baby with eczema

Hi everyone,My 3 month old daughter has broken out in red patches of dry, rough skin that I'm pretty sure is eczema. It's pretty much covered her whole body. Neither I or my SO have ever suffered from eczema so we're a little stumped with what to do. We've been doing a lot of research but it's a little overwhelming since there's a bit of conflicting information (e.g. how often to bathe her).Can any parents here who have gone through this give us some tips and perhaps a routine/schedule for baths? Also, what are the best skin care products? We bought the Aveeno Baby Eczema lotion so far.My heart is breaking seeing her in such discomfort.
