Recently found out we're unexpectedly having a 2nd, less than 2 years after our 1st. How drastically will the routine change?

It took almost a year and trying for our 1st... so we thought having another would take as long, and.. well, it didnt. At all. Like ace in the hole. I don't know how to get a more accurate metaphor.Anyway, it's came as a bit of a shock, and while we're incredibly excited, I'm a tiny bit terrified that we don't have enough time to get shit in order.We felt like we just now got a routine with the almost 2-year-old.
