Tips for moving cosleeping 4 month old to crib

Our 4 month old has been cosleeping with us and sleeps by my wife breastfeeding her, but we feel the baby should start sleeping on her own. Does anyone have tips on how we can make the transition easier? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2ky5MLU
