She does it when she gets excited but also when she's frustrated or doesn't want to go to sleep. When we tell her no, she thinks it's hilarious and hits more. We try saying "Nice hands" and encouraging her when she's gentle, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Last night her dad said no in a deep, stern voice and she cried.
