12 m/o is really aggressive and always hitting.

How can i get my one year old to learn to not hit ? She gets angry and frustrated at everything. I try to give her a stern NO and redirect her but she gets more angry. Her general personality is very aggressive and grumpy and it's hard to enjoy playing with her if all she wants is to smack us. Any advice? Thank you via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2feIaW5
