Please help me learn and find resources to help my daughter become healthier. I want to avoid giving her a complex about her weight and minimize the depression that can be associated with dieting. Ideally, I wish for an app or organization that could help me develop a complete plan including recipes for varied and nutritious meals and healthy snacks with portion sizes all laid out for me.
