Spoiled toddler

She just turned 3 and I'm having issues with her coming back from her fathers saying "where's my treat ? " "give me a treat" "where's my new toy" and throwing a fit when I tell her she only gets a "treat" on Special occasions. Also, Because of this, she is still not potty trained . When her father dropped her off today he said to me "she went on the potty all day today , you have to bribe her with candy that's what I do" So now she is a spoiled brat, I can't even go into a store without her crying saying she wants candy. What do I do? I can't control what he does while she is at his house... I share her 50/50 and no child support. Another issue is the 50/50 schedule is very flip floppy (back and forth almost every other day) I want to split the week but he won't because he doesn't want to have her both Friday and Saturday nights because he says " I need a weekend night to have my friends over to play poker"... I can't take her Saturday nights because I work so it ends up being I have her Friday , he has her Saturday and I have her Sunday again ... should I take him to court to fight for a better schedule? I feel like that may have something to do with her acting out . Ohh btw.. he is a police officer. That shouldn't mean anything but the fact is he throws that in my face saying the judge would take his side and if I take him to court for anything he will take her from me completely 😞 Just looking for some parenting advice :-) via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2e1lJTW
