My bf and I are expecting our baby in April, which means our gender scan will be shortly before Christmas. We decided to have the tech put the gender in an envelope and save it for Christmas. Then we thought since neither of us have family actually in the town we live in, and they live all over the country, to do a Facebook Live reveal at a pre set time on Christmas day as a way of trying to share it with all our family. My mom is absolutely pissed that I am not calling her and telling her first even though I explained I would know until we do the reveal live.... That's the whole point. I basically told her sorry she didn't like it and that it's not her baby it's mine and my bf and that is how we decided to do it and I got dismissed as being hormonal. I told her perhaps we shouldn't speak until I am being less hormonal then and since then she has tried to make several comments on my Facebook posts including one on how she "puts up with my bad attitude". So far I have ignored her because it is pissing me of she finds absolutely no fault in her behavior.
