It's Mr. elephant...Mr. spoon...Mr. this and Mr. that. Does anyone else have this habit?

Ever since my son was born, I call everything Mister. Even him. I say Mister in front of everything! It's to the point where I am wondering if my son thinks his name is Mister....I am trying to STOP, but it's so hard! Anyone else have this bad habit? Advice on how to stop?
