I believe my daughter is bipolar. I have no idea what to do.

My 26 year old daughter who has no insurance is extremely violent. She has always kind of been on edge, yelling all the time And kicking in doors for no reason. But recently over the past month she is unbearable. You can't even say hello without her lashing out and screaming. She has become increasingly paranoid and is convinced everyone is out to get her. We have tried to talk to her, but to no avail. If we even sit next to her or say hey can we talk...she flips and screams and says everyone isn't listening and becomes violent. I have 3 younger children and they do not feel safe living here with her. To be honest neither do I. I have no idea who to contact or what to do. I love my daughter and want to get her help but she refuses and my home can't take her like this. She breaks into my other children's rooms steals their belongings and then acts like she didn't..while holding the item. And then she'll scream and become violent if you ask for it back.
