Title pretty much describes it, my 3 yo refuses to talk about his birthday. not how old he'll be, his party, his cake, even presents. We're going to Chuck E Cheese on his birthday (his party is two days later) and he keeps saying he doesn't want any of it.Now I have read around and all the other psychological reasoning that might apply to a kid not wanting a party doesn't really apply: he's not shy, AT ALL, loves being the center of attention, and I can't think of a single negative aspect he'd associate with getting older.He loves presents, and swimming (indoor pool party), and if not cake, he likes cupcakes.
