I feel like I'm losing my mind between my infant/toddler son and my 13 year old daughter

I just want to scream my teenage daughter claims she can't take her baby brother crying so she turns the music up real loud so she can't hear which upsets him even more then I have to yell at her to turn it down or turn it off. I swear teenagers and infants/toddlers do not mix! I can barely get any sleep between the two and I feel like I'm losing what little sanity I have left.
