Help! My son is 4.5 and has been bursting into tears over every little thing.For context, he's usually a pretty even tempered kid, though we've been dealing with some jealousy over his 6mo sister and of course with schools shut down he doesn't have his outlet to play with friends. So I understand this is difficult for him.But now he is crying over absolutely everything, even stuff that shouldn't be an issue.Stop running in the house? Tears.A different water bottle than he wanted? Tears.Stop hiding your dinner? Tears.My husband has a short fuse anyway from his anxiety and the covid situation/quarantine has him on edge 24/7 which means he can't handle any extra stress.
