What’s the best way to help my child with a science fair project ?

So. She’s 8, and in 3rd grade. Are there any good websites/YouTube channels with good resources? I’m not looking for topics, but more of a way to explain things to her, without having my (or my wife’s) input in it. We want this to be her thing. Of course we will help her.
