Granddaughter cut her friends hair during a sleepover.

My daughter just called me flipping out, asking for advice, and I'm asking for her.The sleepover was at my daughters house and both girls are 3 to 4yrs old.Her mom went went to lay down to put a younger sibling to bed, and the sleepover friend came in and said that the other had but the beads out of her hair. After investigating, she discovered that her own daughter had climbed up into a cabinet a tall cabinet and retrieved the scissors, cut some barbie dolls hair, and then 4 inches of her friends braids.When they were discovered, granddaughter immediately knew what she had done, was wrong, and starting crying.She got a spanking, but now dad is suggesting to throw all the brand new barbie dolls away, along with the scissors, and to buzz the head of their own daughter.She has cut her own hair, once before.Worst of all, the friends mother is VERY pregnant with twins, and after she was notified, couldn't talk and hung up the phone.Everyone is upset. I dont personally agree with shaving heads. But we all agree there needs to be a real consequence here.Advice? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2wID8z9
