....but I don't know how.I didn't have a "fun" childhood. It wasn't bad, but I didn't have parents who set out to have a good time with us. They were older, so long drives and going to lunch were about as fun as Saturdays got.I have 2 kids, ages 8 and almost 1, and I feel like I'm barely keeping my head above water. Being in our late 30s, my husband and I are falling into this "too tired for this shit" pattern, and while there's not much to be done about that right now, I don't want our kids to suffer for it.I don't want them to look back and be like, "yeah my childhood was fine I guess." I want them to look back and think, "God what a freaking blast!"How do all you blast-making parents do it? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2MSOUfn
