My 7 year old sweet girl have trouble sleeping at times. She'll toss and turn. I know it frustrates her.Now, she has this favorite pasta we call "Popeye the Sailor Man Pasta". We call it this because it's our "healthy" pasta dish. Pasta with a hint of olive oil and shredded parmesan cheese...also a side of 2 garlic bread. She LOVES it! We'll be driving home and she'll ask me if I could make her Popeye the Sailor Man Pasta.So back to the bed time. I told her, "Close your eyes and think of how you'll make the Popeye the Sailor Man Pasta to your kids someday." She was thinking about it and she was knocked out in less than 15 minutes. A little while ago, I asked her what kind of yogurt she'll buy when she grows up. I know she's asleep because I haven't heard anything.
