At what age did you know you wanted to have a kid?

I’m 27 years old and married. I have a dog (and love him so much) but never in my life felt the urge to have a kid. Sure, I’m curious what my potential kid might look like, but that’s pretty much the extent of it. I feel too passionate about my career and my current family (hubby + dog) that I don’t find myself wanting anything (more like anyone) else.Curious about current parents’ experiences.
