Raising little girls... Help!

Hey r/Parenting, my wife and I (31M) have two daughters (3.5 & 1.5) and a third little lady on the way. I grew up with 3 brothers so lets just say I could use some help.I have been struggling to know how to handle the emotions (so many feels!) of the 3.5 year old. I know she is just the tip of the iceberg with two behind her. She is a sweet girl through and through but her first response anytime she doesn't want to do something (ie. change, eat, potty, leave, etc.) is to breakdown crying. I grew up with rough and tumble brothers, tough love and a mom who spanked obedience into us. It doesnt feel like a tantrum or straight up defiance from her but just like a flood of emotions... IDK?Any books or blogs I should be reading on raising girls? How do I handle the breakdowns/crying/emotions? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2Pm2U3R
