My son is generally a good sleeper but lately he’s been complaining about hearing a ‘knock sound’ in his room at night. What he’s hearing is the sound of the duct work in the house expanding and contracting when the heat comes on and turns off.We’ve put a fan and a white noise machine playing lullabies in his room but he’s still up at least 5 times a night. It’s taking a toll on the family now. Each time he’s up for 10-30 minutes at least and will only settle for me and not his father.I’m so tired! I work full time and I’m falling asleep at work and having trouble functioning through the day.I need some advice. Anyone else go through this?!
