My husband doesn’t understand the meaning of no or stop and it makes me not want me raise our son with him. Am I overreacting?

Today it was small but he made a comment that made me discredit him as a man He tried tickling me I asked him to stop 5 times before he would stop. I told you’re supposed to stop when someone says stop. His response was the world wouldn’t be fun if people stopped the first time they were told.Sometimes it’s more sexual and I’m in tears before he’ll stop. No matter how many times I say no or stop he doesn’t care. He normally calls me over dramatic. I’ve been raped before when I say stop and he doesn’t it’s definitely a trigger. I can’t sleep with my husband without having flashback because of the way he behaviors.I don’t want my son growing up being taught stop only means stop after being told several times.
