Mom of 4. #4 is an infant. How to give other 3 children quality one-on-one mommy time?

My children are almost 9, 5.5, 3, and 2 months. The two month old is highest maintenance now as all newborns are. My husband travels each week for work and is gone 3-4 days. While he is gone, I’m without help and left to manage school, activities, appointments, and house work on my own. It’s overwhelming and exhausting at times, but I manage. It’s life. With the two month old basically constantly needing me all the time, how is a mom supposed to give quality attention to the other children and give them alone time with me? I admit, I’m very tired and impatient the majority of the time and I feel like I’m failing as a mom sometimes because I end up yelling at them or dictating what I need them to do. They’re not my charges, but sometimes I feel like I am treating them that way.How can I give myself to them in a more positive parenting way? I’m struggling and I feel like I’m tearing down their self-esteem with the yelling and “I don’t have time right now” responses. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2OMsjEw
