Why don't more public restrooms have step stools?

My daughter is very independent at 6 yrs old. She insists on using the restroom alone, but she is adorably short and has trouble reaching most bathroom sinks to wash her hands. As a Dad, I rarely can assist her in a women's room by lifting her. Sometimes, I will find a nearby chair, and slide it in the door for her to use. Is it unreasonable for me to request a business owner/manager to place a small step stool in their public restrooms for kids to use? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2GLmUtk
