Unsure of what to do

I’ve been wanting to bring my daughter (13months) swimming for a while now but her dad always seems to get in the way. He’s a very lazy, play it by ear, I’ll see how I’m feeling in the morning type of guy, I’m the opposite i like to have a plan and follow it. I’ve tried to plan this trip to the pool about four times, once there was an unexpected snow blizzard then the rest has just been him saying “I’ll see how I feel in the morning” followed by “I’m too tired today” On Thursday I brought it up that I wanted to bring her and that I’m getting frustrated the swim gear I had bought her is collecting dust so we made a pretty solid plan to go today however on Friday when I went to reaffirm our plans I got the same old flakey “we’ll see tomorrow” line. I’m getting tired of it, I feel like just saying fuck it and bringing her by myself but it’s our daughters first trip to the pool I know he’d like to be there to experience it.. My original thought was to just text him and saying that he’s welcome to join but I’m going with or without him but I don’t want to be petty. Any advice? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2qxJYAF
