Hi people. I am a single dad 100℅ of the time of a 10 year old boy and 9 year old girl. They are both amazing in their own awesome way but I'm finding it hard to connect with my daughter because I'm a blokey bloke. We do each others hair, I take her horse riding but really feel there's a female influence missing. I don't have to try with my son because we're so similar. We play footy or whatever but its always just easy. My princess is becoming tomboyish which is fine but I understand it's because of me. My daughter is very loving, full of hugs and affectionate and we love each other dearly. Basically I find it hard to be feminine and think I'm failing that part as a dad. Does anyone else have this situation and if any mums and dads could share some advice or ideas on girl stuff that'd be great. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2qOsEYb
