I tried to commit suicide. Will social services take my 1yo away from me?

I have been depressed for about 4 years now. I had a really low episode a couple of days ago and took some pills. I am getting help just got out of the hospital today.What happens with social services now..? Will they take my 1yo daughter away?They have started me on some low dose antidepressants, I am certain I will feel better in time. Just worried they'll take her away.I live in England.
