We have two boys - 3 months and 16 months old When our first son was born, I never wanted my husband to leave the house.. but now that baby number two is here, I feel a million times more relaxed and confident.My husband goes out at least once a week to play dominos with his friends. We both run a business from home together, so unless one of us goes out alone, we are together 24/7.. Without too much unnecessary back story - my question is, is it inappropriate for a husband (or wife) to be out past midnight while the other parent is home with the kids? All of my friends with kids said going out without their spouse and so late at night would never fly in their house.Personally, I enjoy the time alone while he’s gone, and I think it’s done us both a lot of good to have some time to miss each other.
