My 1.5 year old has low grade fever for a couple of hours a day for about 2 months now

Initially, it was diagnosed as ear infection, and put on antibiotics. Got better for a couple of weeks. Then fever started again, and this time doctor did blood test and urine and found nothing wrong and said its teething or virus.Now its been 2 months, nearly every day, she hits 99.6 to 100 (rectal temp) and remains there for maybe 2,3 hours, then goes down by itself, almost daily.No other symptoms: not fussy, pretty active, good appetite.She does seem to be having new teeth these days, but no drooling or vomitting or any other teething symptoms, even sleeps very well at night.What is going on ? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2Gf7qgd
