1st birthday gift ideas?

First post here so I hope I'm doing this right. My nephew is turning one next month and I'm in desperate need of gift ideas. Looking to spend around $50-75, but could go up to $100 if it's a really great gift. He is extremely spoiled and has more clothes and toys than I can count. I asked my sister what she would like for him and of course she said don't buy anything because I spoil him all the time with stuff, but it's his first birthday so obviously I'm going to get him something.He was born three months early so he is just now learning to talk and stand up.
