I Can't Co-Parent Like This

I've been divorced since November and my ex wife and I have a two year old. My ex has a history of making allegations and lies to make me look bad. The latest one was last night, she mentioned that I should keep on top of feeding and giving our child water because she apparently takes food off of her plate when she leaves my house. However, I always have plenty of food and water for our daughter. I'm so tired of trying to co parent with a complete nutcase so how can I do so without losing my cool?
