We were exiting a parking garage in a major tourist city where I saw a kid who was maybe 5 standing up and talking to his dad in the front seat. His mom was sitting in the back doing her hair and I don't know if either parent was buckled. The kid certainly wasn't and I can't stop thinking about him. I'm not sure if he's a citizen here or an international visitor where driving laws are different but holy crap, there's no excuse. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2C7TuTd
