When I accompany my daughter to the bathroom she asks questions, she’s 3 years old. I’ve told her what her vagina is called. When I was changing today, she said “mom is that your vagina ?” And I said yes. This took her father by surprise and he got upset that she knew the word vagina. He says 3 year olds aren’t supposed to know that word and aren’t supposed to know what their privates are called. He says that’s the equivalent of me teaching her bad words. Am I wrong for teaching her what her vagina is called ? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2ChXsc7
