I needed opinions from other parents to know if I'm overreacting. When my husband was just a baby, my MIL used to chew food for him and then pop it in his mouth. Personally, when he told me this I was grossed out. My parents never did this for me and no one else I know does this. My husband finds it really endearing and wants to do it for our babies.
