Dad is forcing me to raise his child, what do i do?

Now i know this isnt the right place to ask for advice but idk what to do anymore.Dad is a narcissist who has children for the sake of having childrenApparently since hes constantly busy with the hotel hes building/managing I now have the responsibility of raising his childThe baby is 14 months old and cant walk or stand up on his own.It isnt something new for my dad to more or less bail out on his children, so while i am a bit ticked off i am content with raising my little brother. Its just... we live in a hotel. No soft surfaces my little brother can crawl on. No stairs that arent absolutely disgusting and most importantly my dad doesnt give enough of a shit to buy my little brother a walker.Im so lost on what i can and should do.Any advice is appreciated, thanks! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2pr46Hi
