My daughter (10) plays with a few local boys (also 10) on our street. Typically it's innocent play (water fights, pokemon, video games). Today she told me the boys played Truth or Dare with her. They dared her to pull down her pants, and she did. They then dared her to kiss one of them, but she declined. I don't want to cause a rift between myself and her. I don't want her to feel shame or like she needs to hide things from me. I also don't want the other kids to pick on her for telling or to think they can sexualize her. Where's the line?
