Please tell me I'm not the only one??

I (27F) have a 16 month old son. Before Covid-19, my mother in law would keep him once a week to give me a break and get caught up on housework or relax, whatever I needed. My husband helps as much as he can but by the time he can it's been almost a whole exhausting day and about bedtime. Today my son has refused to nap, which is usually the only way I get a real break during the day. He almost always takes some sort of nap after breakfast or lunch. Not today! I became overwhelmed knowing I will not get a break until bedtime and I will probably be too tired to do anything by then. I broke down and cried because I am so tired and wanted just a little break :( I feel awful crying because he won't nap but I just can't help feeling overwhelmed with a toddler that I almost get zero breaks from these days (especially with tantrums) via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2KpKMls
